If Google Pixel 2 looks anything like THIS concept, the competition should be VERY afraid

GOOGLE'S Pixel 2 could be released later this year with the internet giant thought to be hard at work on the sequel to its first in-house flagship smartphone. And if the new handset looks anything like these concept images, it will likely sell-out in the blink of an eye.

Google Pixel 2 is rumoured to launch later this year.

The follow-up to the Pixel – the first smartphone to be designed and made by Google – is expected to debut a new industrial design, powerful new specs, and more.
Not too much is known about the upcoming Google handset, but these beautiful new concept designs from ConceptCreator show the potential of this next-generation Android handset.
Google hardware chief Rick Osterloh has already confirmed the existence of the upcoming device to Android Pit earlier this year.
"You can count on us to follow [the Pixel]. You can count on a successor this year, even if you don't hear a date from me now,” he said.
Early reports around the project suggested Google would introduce three new handsets this year.

However, the latest whispers from inside the US search company suggest it’s sticking to just a Google Pixel 2 and Pixel XL 2.
According to the latest report from XDA Developers, the Pixel 2 will ship with a similar 4.97-inch 1080p Full HD panel as the original model used.
Google will likely use an “almost identical” design for this model, too.
As for its bigger brother, the Pixel XL 2 is rumoured to sport a larger 5.9-inch display with a 1440p OLED panel and “a smaller bezel than what we saw in the original Pixel XL”.

The California-based technology firm will purportedly keep the same two-tone design on the back of the phone, but the glass window will be smaller – covering the rear camera, but will not extend down to the fingerprint, like its predecessor.
The latest whispers from 9to5Google claim the Pixel 2 and Pixel XL 2 will jettison the 3.5mm headphone port in favour of stereo speakers.
Elsewhere, the next-generation Pixel will likely include IP68 water resistance – something that was missing from the original Pixel.
The rear camera is expected to see a number of improvements this year.
However, it sounds like Google plans to stick to the single camera lens, avoiding the growing trend to use dual camera set-ups.
